Local Solutions (NE) CIC

Local Solutions specialise in support for Social Enterprises and for Voluntary Groups/Charities that want to develop their service delivery.

These are commercial services although as approved NEESPR providers support can sometimes be accessed to help groups.

Local Solutions provide a comprehensive range of enterprise support services.

For ‘new start’ enterprises we provide:

* Feasibility workshops and Feasibility Plans – working with people to check out new ideas and to research new enterprises.
* Pre-start Business Plans – getting your enterprise mapped out with help to find the finance you need to get started.
* Operational Structures/Governance – getting the right trading structure and helping you through all the registration processes.

For established enterprises we provide:

* Development workshops – helping you to plan for the future and address any issues.
* Service Delivery Plans – looking in detail at the services your organisation provides to help make them sustainable and to plan for future growth.
* Business Plans – mapping out the next 3 or 5-year period to help enterprises develop and grow.
* Full Cost Recovery – Implementation and operation of the ACEVO full cost recovery model, as approved by major funders and accepted as a method to cost services for tendering.
* Fundraising Support – either a full service where Local Solutions staff will complete applications on your behalf or support to help organisations improve their funding bids.
